The booking is made entirely on the langart.net platform. Only in this case will you be able to get a discount where it occurs. After completing the reservation, you will receive confirmation of the reservation from the school together with the necessary contact details. Of course, you can visit the school website at any time, if only to make sure that our prices are the same or lower than at school.
How do I book a language course / accommodation? Step by step.
If you have already chosen the language you want to study, as well as the country, city and language school, booking a language course on langart.net is easy. Go to the profile of the selected school and follow the instructions on the page "How to book?"
What are the benefits of booking a language course through langart.net?
With us, you will book a course at recognized language schools around the world. You will not be charged any agency fees and will never pay more than you would have paid when booking the course directly at the school. On the contrary, in many cases, you will pay less!
When do the courses start?
If you are not at zero level, in most schools you will be able to start the course every Monday of the year. If you are a complete beginner, courses start on certain dates, usually once or twice a month. Starting dates for complete beginners are given in the description of each course in the school profile on langart.net.
What if there are no more places on the course of my choice?
Our reservation system makes it impossible to make reservations on dates that are out of date, also due to lack of places. However, if it happens that your space is not available due to a possible system update error, we will offer you an alternative solution, and in the event of your failure to accept it, we will refund you the entire deposit.
How is langart.net able to offer the same, and in many cases, even lower prices than in schools, without charging additional fees to students?
First, langart.net is an online platform, which, compared to traditional agencies, allows you to save on administrative costs and printing and distribution of information brochures. Secondly, like travel agencies that receive a commission from airlines, hotels and tour operators, langart.net receives a commission from language schools on every booking. Part of this commission is passed on to students in the form of discounts.
Who can use the langart.net platform?
The language course reservation service on the langart.net platform is free and available to everyone. In the case of minors, however, consent from parents or legal guardians is required.
Is langart.net related to language schools in any way?
Langart.net is an independent online platform for booking language courses abroad, where selected language schools from around the world can offer their language courses.
Are there any additional costs for booking on langart.net?
The reservation service on the langart.net platform is completely free for our customers. In addition, we offer discounts on tuition fees for most schools, which makes that booking a course through langart.net is less expensive than booking one directly at school.
Does langart.net offer discounts on all courses?
We currently offer discounts on the official catalog prices of most language courses that can be booked online at langart.net. The discount is granted on tuition costs and is addressed only to customers booking on our online platform and does not apply to customers booking directly at school.
Will I get a discount if I book the course directly at school?
No. If you book the course directly at school, you will not receive a discount.

Yes, it is possible. Reservation of accommodation is optional.
Can I work during the course?
In general, student or tourist visas do not allow you to work in most countries.
Will I receive a certificate at the end of the course?

I don't know what language level I am at.
Do not worry. On the first day of the course a language test will be carried out, based on which you will be assigned to the appropriate language group.
How much in advance should I book a course?
It depends on the season. If you plan a course in the summer season, it is best to book it at least 1 month before the start date. It may be shorter out of season, sometimes just a few days in advance. It is also important whether the booking includes the course itself or the course with accommodation. If the latter, we advise you to make your reservation as soon as possible, because the best accommodation options are usually allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The situation is different if you need a visa for a given country. In this case, we recommend booking 3 months before the course starts.
Are there any age restrictions for language course participants?
At langart.net you can find language courses for all ages, from children and adolescents to adults. Most courses have a minimum age requirement, which is stated in the description of the language course in the school's profile on our website.
How to choose a school and language course?
Although learning a language abroad has basically only advantages, it is worth paying attention to several aspects before traveling to choose a language course optimally. Go to the "How to choose a language course" page and learn some tips.
Is langart.net a language school?
No, it's not. Langart.net is an online platform where you can book a language course at language schools and universities around the world.
What is the minimum duration of the course?
The minimum duration of a standard or intensive language course is usually one week. The shorter the course you can attend, the greater the number of lessons per week. Each, even an intensive two-week course abroad, improves communication skills in a given language. However, 8-12-week and longer courses, which contain the right amount of lessons to move to a much higher level, give much better results.
How are language schools selected?
The school registration process has two stages. After receiving an application for cooperation from the school, the school is thoroughly checked and if it meets certain criteria, it receives an invitation to register in the langart.net system. Not all schools willing to cooperate receive such an invitation.
How and when should I pay for the course?
To guarantee a place on the course, when booking via langart.net a prepayment of 15-35% depending on the school is charged. For some schools, these are individual cases, no prepayment is charged. The remaining amount is payable after receiving the invoice from the school, in accordance with the school's conditions, at the latest on the day of the beginning of the course. Most schools require you to pay the balance no later than 14 days before the course starts.
Can my language course be paid for by the company?
Yes, it is possible. In this case, please provide, in the application form, company details for the invoice along with the VAT number, if applicable. The school will issue an invoice.
Accommodation
Does every language school provide accommodation?
Most language schools on our platform provide accommodation for their students for the duration of the course. If you book a language course at a school that does not provide accommodation, you will need to book your own accommodation. Under "Student Housing", we present several local and global booking platforms that specialise in offering affordable student accommodation.
Are students of the same nationality accommodated together?
Schools try not to place participants of the same nationality in the same host family or apartment in order to discourage them from communicating with each other in their native language, which eliminates the opportunity to practice skills acquired during classes and delays learning progress.
Do host families live close to school?
The school tries to cooperate with host families living within a reasonable distance, but in the case of large cities it can mean several dozen minutes by public transport. In the case of smaller cities, it can be just a few minutes walk. In the description of accommodation in the school profile on our website, the distance from the school is given.
Are there any age restrictions regarding host family accommodation?
Most host families accept students of all ages and nationalities. Sometimes host families determine the minimum age of the guest. However, this does not happen often.
Are meals included in the price?
Meal options depend on the type of accommodation. There are options with full board, half board, breakfast or self-catering. This information is always provided in the description of each type of accommodation, in the school profile on our website.
When will I receive my accommodation address?
Schools usually send students accommodation addresses a few days before arrival at the latest. Some schools require payment of the balance before sending the accommodation address.
Since when do I have accommodation before the course?
Accommodation is usually available from the Saturday or Sunday preceding the course. Information on this is given in the description of each accommodation type, in the school profile on our website.
Are host families verified by the school?
Families are verified and monitored by schools on an on-going basis. They have experience in hosting foreign students and many of them have been cooperating with language schools for years.
I would like to share accommodation with my child who is attending a language course. Is it possible?
Yes, some schools offer shared apartments for families or the option of staying in the same place as the child.
Making a booking
Do you book flights and pickup from the airport?
Langart.net is not a travel agency and does not book flights for its customers. Due to the fact that our clients are people from all over the world, we encourage them to use the service of local agents or global booking platforms in this regard. In each school's profile on langart.net you will find information about the international airports closest to the school.
Almost all the schools we work with provide airport pickup service. Airport pickup is a paid service. Prices depend mainly on the distance from the airport to the school. If you want to use the transfer, select this option in the application form, and then, at the latest one week before your arrival, send the flight details and arrival date to the school.

When will I receive the booking confirmation?
Schools send confirmation of reservation to the email address provided in the application form within 2-3 business days from the date of registration for the course. Together with the confirmation, an invoice with details for the payment of the balance is usually sent.
I have not received confirmation of my booking
First check the junk folder. If you cannot find it there, please contact us with your name, surname and application number.
What credit cards do you accept?
You can pay the deposit required at the time of booking with credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express. You can also pay with Maestro debit cards and other adapted for online payments, i.e. those that have the CVV2 code.
Can I make changes after completing the application form?
Yes, you can make changes to your booking. It usually takes the school 2-3 business days to process the application and changes can be made to the reservation during this time.
Can I make changes after receiving confirmation and invoice?
Yes, it is possible to change your booking after it has been confirmed by the school, as long as the desired options are available. Please note that some schools may charge additional fees for making changes and treat changes that significantly reduce the price of the course as partial cancellation, which will result in a cancellation fee. We recommend that you read the school's terms before making changes.
What are the cancellation policies?
Langart.net does not charge a cancellation fee, but language schools may do so. If you cancel, please inform us immediately so that we can inform the school as soon as possible to minimize any cancellation fees. Most schools allow clients to postpone the course and then no cancellation fees are charged. Detailed cancellation and refund policies may vary from school to school. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the terms & conditions of the school. Please note that making a reservation on the langart.net platform means that you accept the school's terms & conditions and conclude the contract directly with the school.
Insurance
Should I take out insurance?
We strongly recommend that all course participants take out sickness insurance, accident insurance, and the need to return home early. Course participants from Europe are recommended to apply for a free European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), which can provide them with access to cheap treatment in the countries of the European Economic Area (EEA).
Can I buy insurance at langart.net?
No, langart.net does not mediate in the sale of insurance. To this end, we recommend contacting local insurance companies.
I had to visit a doctor abroad, how can I apply for reimbursement of medical expenses from the insurance?
Just complete the claim form and send it directly to the insurance company.
Visa
What school documents do I need to apply for a visa?
Persons who require a visa to enter a given country should book the course and accommodation at least 8 weeks before the start date of the course. The procedure for applying for a visa varies from country to country, so students should contact the appropriate embassy / consulate in their country for current information. langart.net cannot apply for a visa on behalf of students. The only thing we can do is to provide you with the necessary documents that you attach to the visa application. With all differences in visa procedures, confirmation of admission to the course and proof of payment of all amounts due are required in most cases. To receive these documents you must book a course with accommodation and make the full payment. Your documents will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge. If you want to receive the documents by express delivery, a shipping fee will apply. This fee depends on the location of the school and country of residence. To ensure that documents are delivered on time, langart.net recommends using express delivery.
What happens if I am refused a visa?
If the course participant has to cancel the course due to a visa refusal, all deposits and payments made will be refunded minus a cancellation fee charged by the school. Cancellation due to a visa refusal applies only to students who have submitted a visa application in good time and for the appropriate category of visa. The student must present a document confirming the visa refusal at least 3 weeks before the date of course commencement. Please note that each school has its own cancellation policy for visa refusal, which is set out in the school's conditions. We recommend to read them carefully.

Is booking a language course online secure?
Your personal data is protected. They will only be forwarded to the school where you booked the language course for the purposes of the application. Your credit card details are not passed to the school or other third parties. To guarantee maximum protection of your personal data and credit card details, all credit card payments are processed by PayPal.
