Course description
Beginner levels (Level 1-3) emphasize the development of basic language skills and provide a cultural orientation. Intermediate levels (Level 4-6) emphasize the academic use of language in a college-level atmosphere.

Course description
The course consists of vocabulary development and academic reading and writing. It will comprise homework, assignments and tests every week. The students will complete related reading and writing topics that are assigned in class or as homework. During the Friday seminars, emphasis is placed on developing specialized language according to students’ fields of studies.

Course description
ICEAP Pre-master program is designed to prepare international students to study within a master setting. Many students have not experienced a Canadian university education program. It is a 4-month intensive program focused on modules such as Research Skills, Critical Thinking, Media Literacy, and Socio-Cultural Competence; topics, generally considered the cornerstones of a master education.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE BOOKING.
Description of the booking process, deposit payment, balance payment
1. Making a booking.
1.1 The booking will be made via langart.net through an online booking system.
2. Deposit payment
2.1 A deposit, in the amount specified in the booking process, to secure a place on the course, will be charged to the student at the time of booking.
3. Balance payment
3.1 The balance will be paid by the student to the school directly.
3.2 For the payment of the balance, the school will issue an invoice to the student, with the deposit deducted, and forward it to the student along with confirmation of enrolment and other documents relating to the booking. The invoice will include the methods of payment accepted by the school, as well as the deadline for payment.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Students who pay the ICEAP tuition deposit agree to ICEAP’s refund policy as outlined below:
A.APPLICATION FEE RECEIVED BY ICEAP
A non-refundable registration fee of CAD $260 will apply to all enrolment applications made to ICEAP.
B.TUITION DEPOSIT AND FEES FOR ICEAP STUDENTS WHO HAVE APPLIED TO PARTNER INSTITUTIONS
I. All Refund requests must be made in writing to the Finance Department by the ICEAP student.
II.ICEAP will refund tuition fees deposited by an ICEAP Student who:
fails to obtain a Student Visa from the Canadian Embassy before traveling to Canada;
can provide documentation proving the rejection of their visa application.
Note: Refund of tuition deposits are only issued if the student is denied enrollment at ICEAP. Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process. A wire transfer service charge will be applied against this type of refund.
Any ICEAP student who is successful in gaining a visa to study in Canada and subsequently begins their studies at ICEAP may qualify for a refund of unused tuition only after the student completes the ICEAP program which the student selected at registration and registers for the university degree program selected at registration.
Any other requests for tuition refunds other than the failure to obtain a Student Visa by the Canadian Embassy will not be considered.

30 days before start date: All fees refunded except $260
Please note that students who do not complete their program as booked will NOT normally receive a certificate or student report.
Students who enroll through an agent or representative, must obtain their refund directly from the agent or representative and comply with their policies.
