GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE BOOKING.
Description of the booking process, deposit payment, balance payment

1. Making a booking.
1.1 The booking will be made via langart.net through an online booking system.

2. Deposit payment
2.1 A deposit, in the amount specified in the booking process, to secure a place on the course, will be charged to the student at the time of booking.

3. Balance payment
3.1 The balance will be paid by the student to the school directly.
3.2 For the payment of the balance, the school will issue an invoice to the student, with the deposit deducted, and forward it to the student along with confirmation of enrolment and other documents relating to the booking. The invoice will include the methods of payment accepted by the school, as well as the deadline for payment.

Placement Test
Before the course commences, the student does an oral and written placement test with the coordinator of courses who will ascertain the degree of Language knowledge that the student has. Whereafter, the student will be placed in the correct level.

Cancellations Policy
All cancellations and terminations must be made in writing to the school: info@iblonline.com.ar

There is NO refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced. This includes late arrival, early departure, or days missed during the course.
For cancellations received 14 days or more in advance of the program start date, IBL will refund fees received in full, excluding the registration fee which is non refundable.  
For cancellations received less than 14 days in advance of the program start date, the student will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of total amount paid and the registration fee. 
Should the student prefer so, he or she could use the total amount paid for a later use (valid for one year as from the cancellation moment.) 

Private lessons recovery: 
Once the course started, for a lesson to be recovered, at least 24 hours notice will be required.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full price of the lesson.

Payment
All fees must be paid prior to the commencement of all courses.

Class size
For group courses, IBL has a minimum of 3 students and a maximum of 6 students. 

Material
IBL has developed its own textbooks with audio files. This material is available for all the students of the school and cannot be used for commercial purposes without permission of the author.  You are not authorised to: copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission.

Attendance sheets
We ask students to sign the attendance sheets provided by the school at the end of each class. These sheets may be a document uploaded to the cloud (for the case of distance learners) or in paper for traditional face-to-face classes.

Prices include: 

- A placement test which is done at the beginning of the course and a final exam which is given at the end of each level. 
- All materials of the course are included in the price. If the class is online, pdfs of our books and audio files are uploaded to the cloud and students are granted permission to download them. 
- A high-resolution print-ready PDF attendance certificate is sent to every student at the end of their course.
