All of our host families are carefully chosen by our staff who visit the family and view your bedroom and facilities. You will have a comfortable single room or a double room if you prefer. Many of our homes are within walking distance from the school. You will live as one of the family and have breakfast and dinner each day.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE BOOKING.
Description of the booking process, deposit payment, balance payment
1. Making a booking.
1.1 The booking will be made via langart.net through an online booking system.
2. Deposit payment
2.1 A deposit, in the amount specified in the booking process, to secure a place on the course, will be charged to the student at the time of booking.
3. Balance payment
3.1 The balance will be paid by the student to the school directly.
3.2 For the payment of the balance, the school will issue an invoice to the student, with the deposit deducted, and forward it to the student along with confirmation of enrolment and other documents relating to the booking. The invoice will include the methods of payment accepted by the school, as well as the deadline for payment.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
STUDENTS REQUIRING A VISA
You must provide written notice AND:
that your visa was refused by providing us with the original refusal letter from the Canadian authorities
proof that you have registered in another qualified language school AND received a new student visa
a boarding pass as proof of returning to your country
You must provide written notice
Refunds (less any applicable bank costs) for All Courses
30 days before start date: All fees refunded except $200
1- 29 days before start date: 80% of total fees refunded
Cancellation in first week of course: 50% of total fees refunded
Refunds (less any applicable bank costs) for Courses Six Weeks or longer
Cancellation in 2nd to 4th week of course: 25% of total fees refunded
Please note that students who do not complete their program as booked will NOT normally receive a certificate or student report.
Students who enroll through an agent or representative, must obtain their refund directly from the agent or representative and comply with their policies.
