All LLI homestay families are carefully screened by a London Language Institute coordinator to ensure that you will be living in a comfortable, friendly home. Students can choose from a young family, elderly family, with or without children or pets. Students may live on their own, or with another student. Privacy is assured for all students. LLI selects families that are interested in sharing experiences with the students.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE BOOKING.
Description of the booking process, deposit payment, balance payment
1. Making a booking.
1.1 The booking will be made via langart.net through an online booking system.
2. Deposit payment
2.1 A deposit, to secure a place on the course, will be charged to the student at the time of booking.
3. Balance payment
3.1 The balance will be paid by the student to the school directly.
3.2 For the payment of the balance, the school will issue an invoice to the student, with the deposit deducted, and forward it to the student along with confirmation of enrolment and other documents relating to the booking. The invoice will include the methods of payment accepted by the school, as well as the deadline for payment.
For latest booking terms, to include changing the booking, cancellations, withdrawal from the course, and others, please read the information below:
1. Payment Policy
Full payment of tuition and applicable fees must be completed before the course start date. Registration fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Payments may be made through langart.net or directly to the school as instructed.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received before the course start date may be eligible for a refund according to the refund policy below. No refunds are issued once the course has started.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) are processed after deducting the registration fee and any administrative costs. No refunds are provided for unused classes, late arrivals, or early departures. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
4. Visa Refusals
In case of visa refusal, students must provide official written proof from the immigration authority. Tuition fees may be refunded minus the registration fee and administrative charges. Refund requests must be submitted before the course start date.
